Alumni Board Scholarship
The Alumni Board Scholarship Fund was established in 2018 as a way for MSJ alumni serving on the Alumni Advisory Council to give back to current students. Three $1,000 scholarships will be presented in the fall semester to three returning students who meet the criteria below:
Scholarship Requirements:
Must be a returning, full-time student at sophomore or higher class status at Mount St. Joseph University.
Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
A recommendation letter (500 words maximum) from a Mount alumnus (non-family), or Mount faculty/staff member, or current employer, must accompany their application. Due to NCAA Division III regulation, a letter of recommendation from a coach/athletic personnel will not be accepted.
An essay (500 words maximum), written by the applicant, must accompany the letter of recommendation and application. The essay is to include reflection on the mission statement of MSJ and how the applicant envisions the elements of this mission impacting their current student achievements as well as their career goals as an alumna/us.
ALL MATERIALS ARE DUE June 30, 2022. Applications are complete only when all materials have been received. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
